1992 camry Overheating (Answers)

hey guys I have been reading the forum about the guys with 92 and 93 camrys with over heating problems. I used to fill my car with fluid about once every week. I decided to take a trip to vegas. 40 miles out of san diego my car was in the red.. Got my radioater and thermostat replaced... All my caps replaced too. Still over heated after 40 miles. Got my spark plugs checked and no colent was in the front sparks, but just a lil in the back. No white smoke either. Everyone says its gota be gasket head. BUT who wants to spend 1100-1600. My cousin is going to do it for 300$ if the gasket is blown ill post in a couple days. hope this helps!

Blown head gasket will usually show in dirty coolant and milky oil. Try flushing your system.

Unless you got a bad block in the cooling system... that'll be a problem there too.

Also make sure that the thermostats are replaced with Toyota ones. All other t stats are inferior in comparison.
