ToyoDIY.com Help Please

I am wanting to obtain/double check part numbers for various timing belt change jobs. I have noticed that some of the 96 part numbers are different than the 95 parts that I require for my Camry. So I wanted to investigate this at ToyoDIY.com however I am still confused. For example, If you click on the link and look at part number 11329

(GASKET, TIMING GEAR REAR COVER) you will see on the right that there are a total of 6 different part numbers within this one. I addition to the 6 different numbers you also have the letters (L) and (J) next to two of them. Can somone PLEASE help me make sense of this system? I need to get these parts ordered so I can complete this task this weekend! Thanks for any and all input!

Also, how do I determine my vehicle frame code? I only ask because they ask for it at ToyoDIY.com and I am wondering if this could be attributing to the multiple part numbers I am being confused by.

Thanks that works good however it still brings up multiple part numbers. If you click on the link below it will still bring up multiple part numbers for "11329" and lists both (L) and (J) after the numbers. Can someone tell me what these letters mean? Thanks!

Yeah I was wondering if the (J) means made in Japan but by entering my vin I assume it should automatically filter out all Japan Camry parts out. If this isn't the case then the vin entering method is pointless. Any more thoughts or answers? Thanks so far.
