p0450 & p0221 on engine replacement

hi guys, i have a 97 CA emissions CE and the block threw a bearing. so I bought a used engine from a trusted junk yard guy that i know well. the donor engine was a 99 CA emissions. He said the engine was in perfect condition before they took it off the car but when I installed everything, the car threw these codes and smokes a lot. Also, burns gas like crazy. Could the codes be causing the excessive smoke and very poor gas mileage. thanks in advance guys!!
**sorry the 2nd code was p0441- evap system incorrect purge flow.

Thanx fenixus! I just corrected the 2nd code. They seem to both relate to my evap. Emissions system . Is that in the rear of the car, by the gas tank? Could that be causing the smoke? The car was fine prior to block failure.

i am no mechanic at all hehe (computer geek here LOL), the only pressure sensor i could find for '96 camry is the one here:
http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_199....html?hl=89460

it seems to sit in engine compartment, driver side, behind engine, by firewall. perhaps something is not attached to it properly ? or maybe it went dead.
