Light Failure sensor 1994 Camry Wagon

Can anyone tell me where the light failure sensor is located on a 1994 Camry Wagon. I have all lights but break lights. Have tried everythig but bypassing the sensor or changiging the stop light switch. Is the sensor yellow?
