Short belt screech on cold startup 96 camry le i4
When I start my car mostly in cold weather (below 40's), I don't have to turn my wheel to hear a screeching noise, it just automatically does it very briefly. This never happens in any other weather than cold. The noise doesn't last very long and when I start to drive it (in cold weather) immediately, when I turn the wheel it makes this same noise, then stops after a few turns.
However in other than cold weather, when I start my car there's a noise that sounds like some kind of hydraulic mechanism losing air, and it eventually goes away when the car warms up.
I did have a Power Steering leak which I believe I fixed by using that Lucas Stop Leak. Any suggestions? appreciate any help. thanks.
