Whenever you replace the water pump, replace the timing belt (and other drive belts as well). If you have more than 60K miles I'll do the pulleys as well (some wait until > 120K miles). So YMMV.
I like to use Gates belts and hoses, but you may prefer OEM (Dayco-, Brando-branded Toyota belts). Look at a Gates Timing Component Kit. It'll have the belt, pulleys and a brief instruction sheet. rockauto.com.
I'd remove the pulleys, crank sprocket, sensors, so coolant doesn't soak them. Might want to check Autozone's free repair guide, with registration.
