Need to replace contacts on 00 V6 Camry

hi
I am going to be replacing the starter solenoid contacts and the solenoid plunger on my camry and was scoping the work to be done.
I have the following questions

1. Are these parts usually keep in stock at the dealership or do they
have to be ordered?
2. How do you remove the cruise actuator cover?
3. Now on to the actual starter- I understand that i need to uncover
the rubber boot on the end facing the outward and unscrew the negative
terminal. Question is on the other end the inward facing positive - I
don't have much room - how do i get that off? Should i unscrew the
starter and turn it over? Also how is the positive wire connected -
do i need to pull it out or is there a lever to pop etc etc
Thanks all

2- Plastic cover is clipped on, gently squeeze the two flat sides of the cover and you will be able to feel the tabs, then pull the plastic side outwards at the tabs.

3 - Always disconnect battery (-) then (+) then start undoing wires of starter, otherwise, lots of sparks and damage may result.

IIRC, plunger does not need to be replaced unless it is in very bad shape, just clean it up with sand paper, then scape smooth it with a putty knife.

thanks of the reply- I am going to remove have to remove the battery anyway to get to the starter. Also going to have to remove the cruise actuator and set it aside when i do the work.

Now, I am hoping for a clear view of the wire cables on the solenoid after i do that. How are the wires connected? Is there a rubber boot etc or clip on type connector. don't want to force or damage anything. Let me know
Thanks

The connections are:

Starter: Threaded stud

Wire: Copper eye.

Fastener: Copper nut with washer.

Rubber boot is just to keep water and crud out, and is a slip fit.
