they should fit. they really just fit on a set of shocks. you will NEED tokico shocks to run thoes if ya want them to last and dont want the shocks to blow(plus tokicos have lifetime warranty)
so what are pros/cons of a ground control/ "coilover conversion" versus actually having coilovers?

There are no pros of having ground controls over a regular set of coilovers. There are a ton of threads on these and basically what it comes down to is that "You get what you pay for."

Figured as much... but it was worth looking at. Not that i have the 1k+ for CO's right now anyways.

It actually wouldn't be an upgrade for me, even though I have aftermarket struts. I'm not willing to sacrifice reliability and performance just to have adjustable ride height. But yes, if one is interested in the ground controls, they may as well save up for some cheap coilovers like the Ksports or D2's.
