3rd Generation blistein strut

has anyone have/had any experiences with these strut???

was planning on getting tokicos but found out that i have strut (gen 3 ) and if i go with them i will have to buy the gen4 ones, with that i will also have to buy new boots, mounts, ect....and in the end will probably cost more than expected...

so was planning on getting the blistein touring class strut...so are these good??

what class would these strut be classified as? street, tract, or oem like???

would anyone recommend them, planning on getting tein s springs with these...

from what ive seen they are more like KYB GR2s. slightly stiffer then OEM. id stick with tokicos...especially if your goin with the low drop of the Stech springs.

thanks bb...i'll go with tokicos then...do you know if i NEED to swap out EVERYTHING from the gen 3 and replace it with gen 4 parts. Mounts, struts, springs, bump-stops, insulators, everything.

i believe jcamry said something about the tokico and having to get everything from the gen4 to get it to fit the gen 3

from anyones point of view, will it be a direct fit or do i really have to get the mounts, ect to make it fit??

these are what youd want.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-96...Q5fAccessories

full tokico strut assemblies. if ya have servicable struts then you can get just the cartages which are cheaper but a pain in the ass. the tein S techs should fit on the gen3 struts. another member did it and it worked out fine.

i dont believe the front struts(or some component) for the gen4 fit the gen3...someone correct me if thats wrong.

Touring would be great if you plan to use the stock system.

Check out Bilstein HD if you're lowering. Touring is the softer version. Sports is even firmer than HD.
