Rustle at 40mph

[Retrospekt]

Everytime I reach about 40-45 miles per hour I hear a rustling sound, like leaves made of metal getting blown around in the window. Weird description, I know, but it's the best I could think of. It's not incredibly loud, but annoying. Any ideas?

i somewhat had a similar sound but only when i turn. come to find out u had a bad bearing
