Annoying noise

Hey guys, bit of an issue here
My car has been making a rustling/buzzing noise lately
I KNOW it's not the engine; sounds like its either coming from the sunroof, or the passenger-side B-pillar (somewhere thereabouts anyway)
Noise only comes up when I'm doing about 3-4000 RPM, and frankly, it's quite annoying. Not to mention that most of my friends ask me why I drive an old Cam, and this kind of shoots down my "quality" arguement

I'm wondering if this could be caused by my broken flex, perhaps; I know it's some kind of resonance effect that's triggering it.

anyone else had this problem, and (hopefully) fixed it?

I'll go with a broken flex pipe.

Broken flex. My car also rattles a little at higher rpm's, mostly around 40mph when it's switching gears. Haven't had the time to check if it was the flex pipe yet though.

aight. I should be getting the new header/downpipes sometime in the next 2 weeks (with new flex's attached); hopefully they solve the problem
