AUSCAM Australia - Dyno Day, Brisbane Qld :)

Hey people,

Just thought I'd show yas a couple of dyno clips from 999 Automotive's Dyno Day in Brisbane, Queensland.

There's a 3SGTE Gen 2 and a Supercharged 1MZ Gen 4... Gen 2 pulling 145kw at the wheels and the Gen 4 pulling 152kw at the wheels.

I must say this - Greg's 89 3SGTE Gen 2 only was able to have one strap on the dyno instead of two, and looked like the wheels were slipping on the dyno... plus the fact it hasn't been tuned for 18 months or so, and was running quite rich. Black smoke everywhere hahahahah!! Needless to say, this thing can easily pull 175kw at the wheels... I believe this ST165 3SGTE has the CT20B turbo from memory (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Anthony's Gen 4 uses the TRD Charger for the 1MZ using a 4 psi pulley.

The 1MZ Supercharged Cam is also a user on TN - named Phat Devil

Hah, Cheungah from Auscam made the vids... he's nifty with the Cameras that bloke.

I woulda liked to see Dan's Gen 4 3SGTE on there, but that also needs a bit of work done to it too. It'd be interesting to see what a TRD Aurion gets on a dyno with 98 octane fuel... om nom nom!!

FYI, thier 98 Octane is about the same as our 94 Octane
