Replace Complete Exhaust

I apologize if this has been answered in the past 666 threads made but I have tried searching and havent come up with anything useful from threads years old...

My I4 3rd gen has a hole in the downpipe where the hanger ripped off. Its starting to really annoy me becuz you always hear the buzzing whenever you pass anything!

My questions are these:

1. Would it be worth buying OBX headers to fix this problem or just get a new downpipe from Bosal?
2. If I do get the OBX headers I know the 4th gen headers work but will it also delete my cat? (my catalytic converter isnt part of the downpipe) I know that on the 4th gen you delete the cat becuz of the OBX downpipe.
3. If im getting OBX headers I might as well get a cat-back system as well. I found another OBX cat-back on ebay but its also for the 4th gen. Is fitment the same for both the 3rd and 4th gen complete exhaust system? Ive looked under both cars and as far as I can tell it matches up.

Thanks!

1. Another option would be going to a competent exhaust shop should be able to do the work and replace that rusted section for less than $90.. unless yr really out to modify the exhaust, maybe a quick fix would do just fine? .. just another suggestion!

2. The OBX Headers deletes the cat on the exhaust manifold, not the one after the downpipe..

3. IDk?! LOL.
