When you say battery is fine, meaning the battery is charged enough (12.2 volt or higher), or the positive and negative connection cable is tight n not loose, or both?

Check the alternator. It may not be putting out enough to keep the battery properly charged. Many of the auto parts stores offer free testing of the alternator and battery while still on the car. Make a few calls to auto parts stores in your area and ask if they offer this free service.

Yes, roll down the window and lubricate the channels that the glass slides in. Lubricate teh front and back channels. Start with WD-40 and see if that helps and then go to white lithium grease as the WD-40 will tell you if lubricating the channels helps the situation, but it will wash away quickly with rain. Lubricate things and roll the window up and down a few times to spread the grease.

I think that all Toyota window motors do that. Do what mike suggested it will help, but the real problem is that the brushes inside of the window motors like to get grease on them causing a poor electrical path. If your mechanically inclined you can avoid having to replace them later on down the road by cleaning the motor's communicator and brushes with a wire brush and rubbing alcohol.

Yes, just roll down the window and lube the tracks. If you use the WD-40 first it will not only lube the tracks but clean them a bit. Use it liberally wiht the straw in the tracks. Then use something like white lithium grease for a more permanent lube.
