the cig fuse is probably is the same one for the radio. if not, start pulling and checking fuses. there's even a fuse puller in the main fuse block cover under the hood.

I think I answered this in a different thread, but you want the "RAD NO 2" fuse (right above CIG).

There's also a 20A fuse under the hood (RADIO NO 1) in the big fusebox near the driver's side wheelwell.
