if you noticed tony engine bay you don't have alot of space with the turbo so you would want to go with a 5s......
so if your going that route you should just get a 3s with the aftermarket support enough for high boost,
so since there only like 10 ripp s/c your going to have to prolly do it with a REAL electric supercharger,
so you have a massive/twin turbo setup, and after relocating ~10 batteries to your trunk to run the supercharger, massive engine enforcements,custom drive shafts (v6 are only rated 265 ft/lb each), trans reinforcement ect...
800hp could happen
you know your basic dragster setup. so to answer your question yes, only thing stopping me is i dont have 30k and a few month to spend on this

the DD 6v92TA is a sick motor and sounds great. back to the OP start with the 3sgte and find a SC12 or SC14 supercharger (iirc one was from the 1st gen mr2 s/c and the other the previa.) while it wont be as good as a roots blower you're twincharged none the less.
