USA A Weird 99 Camry Problem

So i was driving home from work today and all of a sudden the radio, speedo, rpm gauge, windows, gas gauge, and signals stopped working..it happened totally out of the blue and i have no idea what it could be..I have checked every fuse under the hood and they are all fine. The headlights/taillights still work as well as the open door beeper..I drive a 1999 camry 4door..has anyone else experienced this problem?

Best guess would be to check the battery connections. There's more than one wire on the positive and I would suspect one of them has a problem for that much to go wrong. (But I'm just guessing.)

So what all does work? Cig lighter? Power outlet? Hazard blinkers? Horn? Dome light? Heater fan?

Does she still start?

Ok i have went through everything that i have found to work and not work in the car

What works:

Power Locks,Hazard Lights(Both On Dash And On Rear Of Car),Horn,Taillights,Headlights,Dash Illumination,Dome Light,Power Steering,Open Door Notifier?,Key Illuminator(The Ring Around The Key Hole),And The Trunk Light

What doesn't work:

Speedometer,Tachometer,RPM Gauge,Gas Gauge,Signals,Radio,Heater Fan,Heater or A/C,Rear Defroster,Power Windows,12 Volt/Cigarette Lighter,Winshield Wipers,E-Brake Dash Light,Clock,Glove Box Light,The Shifter Wont Come Out Of Park(Unless Overrided)..If I Override The Shifter Into Drive And Drive Around It Will Remain In First Gear And Not Shift..The Car Is An Automatic..

Thank You So Much Guys For Your Quick Replys! I Just Unplugged The Battery For About An Hour And Plugged It Back In But Everything Stayed The Same.

I would want to say it might be a fuse or connection.

Most of the symptoms are pointing to the AM1 fuse. This is in the fuse box inside the car, driver's side, near the driver's left leg. It's a big 40A fuse in the lower-right of the fuse box.

This *is* a '99 model, right? Owner's manual, page 212, "fuse locations", location #4 (bottom / left of page).

Remove the coin tray box on the lower side of the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. You will see the fuse box behind it. The back of the coin tray should have a schematic of the fuses.

Next step, when the NEW ONE blows too will be to figure out what the fault is. I would start by turning OFF all the switches on the circuit. Turn them back on one at a time. If the new fuse blows with all the swwtiches off there is probably a short in the wiring.

You should think about getting a copy of the Haynes manual, they have the wiring broken down into sub systems.

You can download a full Toyota factory service manual for free at the top of the Camry forum over at AutomotiveForums.com. Download the generation 4 manual, which I believe is actually a 99 manual.
