its kinda hard to tell from that where exactly the smoke is commin from but its has signs of a blown HG. is there white smoke comming out of the exhaust? is your temp gauge reading higher then normal? any power loss?
Do you have coolant in your oil? Or oil in your coolant? Run a compression check. That will tell you alot.
I would also look for a coolant or oil leak. It may be dripping on something hot and causing the smoke.
How does it run? Power loss? Usually , if there's a blown HG it runs like crap or won't even start.
Yeah the video reminds me of a leaky valve cover on a old olds i worked on recently. If your coolant levels fine and no smoke out the exhaust your fine.
Its most likely a leaking valve cover gasket, which shouldent be to bad of a job.
I have a coolant leak because I need a new water pump.a really small oil leak ...exhaust has no white smoke coming from it and there is no power lost..I will upload a few pics soon
Blown head gaskets usually have low compression - compression sometimes squirts out into the coolant reservoir. Oil in coolant, white exhaust from burnt coolant in the cylinders, coolant in your intake, leaking oil from the base of the head, running on only a few cylinders, etc.
Your motor sounds fine. That white smoke could be coming from anything! Burnt wires, burnt oil?? Find the source. Compression test will verify integrity of your cylinders - you're probably fine.
You haven't overheated the motor lately, have you???
I think it's blown because I was driving and it started to over heat .Then it got so hot the engine just stop running.. leaving me stranded on the highway

Unfortunately yeah..i was tryin to make it home but engine shut off, when i was less than a mile away from the house..I drove about 5 - 10 mins while it was overheating
could it have over heated because of the leaky water pump?
After the engine cooled down , did it start back up?
Ye it is overheating because of the water pump failing...there's basically no coolant in the system right now..as you put it in it goes straight out.It did start back up.
