1994 toyota camry for sale parts.. treasure?? w/pics

so there is a guy selling a 94 SE coupe for $500 with only 124k ... only catch is no title.. what do you guys think?



i texted him and it even has leather seats drool

edit: its auto :/ bummer

ive been thinking about getting another car for this kind of money... my other options are bargaining down a non running mk2 supra to 300 i think i know whats wrong with it or spend some good money ~ 800 and get a fully working mk3

you can always install a 5 speed...you cant remove the 2 extra doors. my advice...if your goin for a mk2 or 3 supra...get one with no motor or tranny. you dont want what it came with anywyas.

in florida:

you can do a power of attorney (poa) form, which basically states the vin and owner information. the owner signs it and the purchaser would then order a duplicate title from the state. then you take those 2 forms to the dmv and register it in your name.

you have to be careful with this though: if it was ever a stolen/rebuilt car, or if the person selling it to you never owned it, you will be screwed. if it's rebuilt, most insurance companies will not insure it. if the person selling it is not on the title, you won't be able to register it, which basically means you are not the owner!


so my sugestion is find out who the car is titled to. otherwise let it go.......
