2001 throttle body question

I recently purchased a 2001 Camry with the 5s-fe engine that had a burnt valve and had been taken apart. I had the head rebuilt and am in the process of putting everything together but think that I am missing parts. On the bottom of the throttle body there are three ports, two of which are for the throttle heater and there is a third port which for the life of me i can not figure out what it goes to. Do any of you know what it goes to or have a diagram that I could look at.

The California-spec rigs (since yours is a 2001, maybe all were Cali-spec by then) had an air hose connected down there.

See www.camrystuff.com, Generation 4, SFI, page 31 for a diagram of the 5S-FE TB.

Do you have an idle air control valve on there? Then yes, it's for extra air at idle speed to help fuel atomization in Calif spec models.

I hope the engine hasn't been eating unfiltered dust all this time.
