Buying exterior door handles

My passenger side handle in the front just snapped this morning. I know you can get them off of ebay and amazon to avoid the stealership, but can anyone comment on the quality? I don't want to replace it again in 2 months.

Links would be appreciated. My car is black.

I bought a pre-painted driver's door handle on eBay for my Camry about a year ago. The color is not a perfect match; very close, but not quite perfect. A casual observer would not notice it. Durability-wise, I've got no complaints.

I'm parting mine out and can sell you whichever handle you need.

They're OEM and functioning.

I paid 13 bucks for drivers side only to have my mom break the passenger side one a few days later.. another 13 bucks. Its definitely functional, and I've had it for a few months already with no problems. Should be fine, I'd say.

I got one off ebay a couple years ago. Paint will be a little different because of paint fade over the years. So far so good, Installation wasn't to pleasant though.

havent checked lately but the last time i shop for handles on ebay i found a bunch of em from actual gen3 that were green or tan or whatever color the car is. a little more expensive i think for the colored ones

i got crap replacements from a different color car. i had to paint flat black to sort of match my car

The after market replacements aren't great. One that I put in started cracking around the edge. But the original ones have a pretty high failure rate, so they are pretty much faithful reproductions.

The painted ones on FleaBay are just the generic black ones sprayed with touch-up paint. You can get exactly the same with a $6 Duplicolor spray can, and have plenty left over for other touch-up work. The price for the pre-painted ones has dropped since I was buying, so the trade-off might be better now.
