High idle after tune up

[Retrospekt]

I just did a tune up. Plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. I put all the plugs back in the spots they were supposed and the wires are all plugged in correctly. No vacuum hoses detached.

I can't figure this out. It's idling at 2k rpm and I'm too scared to let it get warmed up to see if it will drop. I'm not sure what I could have done wrong.

When I switch the ignition off I hear something make a noise, sort of like metal rubbing on metal. Like a mouse squeeling. Help!

Nevermind...I found it. Guess I must have leaned and broken a vacuum hose. Taped it together and my idle is back to normal.

lol... was gonna say " yeah, check your hoses" but you got it all sorted. Prob best replacing the hose if it broke so easily... probably quite frail.
