Quick: I need an answer right now!

When I drain my 96 2.2 4 cyclinder's transmission (through pan and cooling hose) along with my differential...how many quarts of fluid do I need to add back all together.

I went and bought 10-quart bottles and the rep told me its going to be waaay too much.

I couldn't find an exact answer anywhere.

because u didn't use the search button. There are diy threads on both tranny and differential flush. Both tell you the amount needed

Ok I'm not asking anymore questions on this project...and just get to work and read the instructions 100 times if I have to

96Toyo just relax and take your time.

i have yet done a tranny oil change/diff so im not sure. but i have read if i remember correctly it should be about 4 quarts when you drop the pan. then once you disconnect the cooling hose just repeat process until you see clean oil come out. not sure how much/long it would take but i would think no more than 10qts

Drain and refill is 2.6 quarts. Diff is 1.7 quarts.
