Help Gen3 engine noise and lagging on acceleration

hey my 94 camry is kinda doing the same thing right now.
First is i hear a weird knocking noise from the engine and when for example idling and brakes at light it starts vibrating seriously. but i did not look into it. Last thursday the car started to stall and could not accelerate properly. i pop the hood look and found that my spark plug was full of oil ( last spark plug from the left) so my friend i cleaned this mess out and now this problem is gone

the problem now is when driving the knocking noise and vibration is here and also im having like problem acceleration from starting to around 2800 rpm its having difficulty even if i gas up completely

Can it be the timing belt that is due... can u help me please about the knocking and rpm problem/..

Car has 378000Km and engine has been changed and should have around 98000Km right now..so might be the timing belt i guess ill try to get a vid.. let me know thanks

did you check all the tubes? you need new spark plug tube seals? a vid would be helpful
