My check engine light goes on and off every few miles. A scan produced error code P1150 (bank 1 sensor 2.) Where is this sensor located?
The error code definition is: Air/ Fuel Sensor circuit range/ Performance.
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Reason: Additional Information
Replaced the Bank 1 Sensor 2 (behind the engine, according to the mechanic) but the check engine light came back after 3 miles. I see that error code P1150 also means Bank1 Sensor1 and Bank2 Sensor1, even though a scan at Autozone produced Bank1 Sensor2. The light keeps going on and off every few miles. My fuel consumption is horrible - the last two times I checked, it was 15 and 17 MPG.
Any suggestions? Thanks
When I replaced bank 1 sensors the service req. suggested that they should be purchased and installed as a pair. Replace the two in the headers. Light should go off.
If one sensor goes bad, the others are not far behind. Just need to make sure the root cause for sensor failure (out of tune engine, for example) is found and fixed. Unless the sensors just crap out from age.

Exactly, within the span of about 3 weeks I changed all 3 sensors. 130K miles on the original sensors they just died, one by one. The car continued to run perfectly throughout the entire Code-Fest.
How long has it been? I wonder if there is some upstream problem that damaged all three, if they happened at the same time.
This has been going on for about a year now. The car has about 104k miles and hasn't had any other major problems. Below is the exact reading from the Autozone scan. The interesting thing is that under Lexus, the same scan lists malfunction of bank2 sensor1 (bank1 sensor2 for Toyota); some lexus models have the same engine - 1MZ-FE CAL.
