Dont Use These Lights...i Almost Lost My Car Today...one Of The Lights Caught On Fire..i Only Had Them On For About Five Minutes...then I Saw Smoke...and Then Flames Started Coming Out Of The Bottom Of The Lights......
Pilot Driving Lights...cheap Chinese Made Lights....
In This Case.....does Anyone Have Good Fog/driving Lights I Can Get For My 92 Camry......i Heard The Alero Lights Are A Popular Choice....anyone Else Have Any Other Choices......
They aren't high quality, but you get what you pay for.
That being said, I picked up Pilot fogs, they have been in my '92 Camry for nearly 2 months through rain. They were steel & glass construction & I digged it. One got hit by a rock & cracked the glass. Regardless I have had no problems with them. I properly grounded & protected it from the elements as best as I could.
Regardless, yes the Alero fogs fit well in the bumper but, I heard out put leaves more to be desired.

im sorry but thats funny
sorry to hear though. personally, of course, i think the alreo ones look better then ANY other foglights anyone has ever put on a 92-94. not to mantion if ya find them at a junkyard they are super cheap.
not going to lie but i have had 3 different pairs of pilot lights and all of them have been more than fine. no problems at all. i have had them in all different places and locations. no smoke, no fire, no surges. Right now they are mounted behind my grill with piaa plasma yellow h3s in them and no problems at all. Gettin ready to put a set of 3500k hids in them. I guess maybe its just the style of fog light you get. mine are glass housings with metal rear guard and a flatblack covor. Dont really even get hot like some of my old ones. Im not standing up for the pilot company, yes they are "cheap wal-mart" brand but they arnt that bad. Hell i just bought a DUAL xml8100 with ipod dock for $100 from walmart and theres no problems. I have gone through alot of headunits, not because the break but because i get bored of them and want something new. in this case i wanted a cheap headunit that didnt have to be all fancy and outragious. Just something that played my ipod and charged it at the same time and hell look it even docks it =] Sorry to rant but just becuase one set of pilot fogs went up in flames doesnt mean the company is horrible. IMO
I am in the same boat as you, theyre cheap but they have worked great for me.

I'm not putting your car down. I like them too, very unique. I'm just saying you could almost pass for a cop at night. You should add two more, make them all red, and flash sequentialy left to right and back like a giant knight rider light! jk.
