This is a good, if not better replacement site for ToyoDIY.com that recently got partially shut down by Toyota. Better in that you can order parts from them, where you could not from ToyoDIY. But I'm kinda screwed in that regard since
www.toyotapartszone.com/ is a dealer in Southern California (Norwalk Toyota) and I live in California, and they charge 10 1/2% sales tax on all orders

which I thought was a little out there, and I'd have to pay shipping as well.
Nontheless, the site was a wealth of information and I decided to take advantage of it and make a permanent record of all parts that apply to my car.
Here's how I did it. Go to
www.toyotapartszone.com and then enter your VIN so you will only get parts for your car. Then pick a
Section. For my car there were 4
Sections. When you select the
Section, you will get several
Component categories as can be seen here:
Select the first one, and you get a diagram of the parts. Then click the button that says
Full Image and you should see something like this:
Scroll down until you see at the bottom right hand corner of the page,
Display all Part Numbers. Click that button and you should see something like this, with the part illustrations, and the part numbers and prices.
Then in your browser, do a File, Save As, chose a location some where on your hard drive, and then select a name. It can be any name you want. I decided to just follow the naming convention that they used at
www.toyotapartszone.com Just be
SURE to do two things. First, make certain that you save the file as a
Web Page, Complete. And the second is that you give the file name an extension of
.HTM I numbered the files, 01, 02, 03 so they would sort in the correct order. If you leave off the "0" then the sort is goofy. Here's what mine looks like:
Then all you have to do is to select the next Component, and go through this procedure again and again until you have done it to all of them in the Main Section, and then move on to Electrical, and do it again until you have saved every Section, and Component.
Now that page is on your hard drive, and you can access it any time you want, and if
www.toyotapartszone.com gets shut down like ToyoDIY did then you will have a complete catalog of all of the part numbers for your car on your hard disk.
A few gotcha's. The pages will display fine, but the links within the pages are still active and point to
www.toyotapartszone.com and you will get an error if you click on them, and you
are not connected to the internet, or the site is down. But the diagrams will work no matter what.
It takes a little time to do it, not nearly as much time as changing a Timing Belt and Water Pump.

And no matter what happens, you will always have the information.
