I NEED YOUR HELP.

So, someone broke the CC wiring between the button/lever itself to the harness.

There was 3 wires.

Solid White - Was still connected.
Red - was broken apart at the harness to the CC button/lever, found both ends.

White w/ Black stripe - From column, broken apart at the harness, but I don't know where to connect it, as there is no other wire on the button/lever.

HELP! What is it? Thanks!

White w/ black stripe is simply a ground. In a perfect world, there should be splice nearby that goes to the ground input of the Cruise Control ECU. If you can find a convenient ground point in the vicinity, just bond it up, I would think.
