Welcome to TN!

The way to remove the orange reflector is to place the lamps in your oven set at 300 degrees F for about 5 minutes, then pry the clear cover off. The orange reflector should just pop out.

Then reglue the clear cover.

Good luck with that. I tried to get apart my clear corners on my 2000 camry and I was unsuccessful.

I wound up leaving it longer and longer in the oven, and it wouldn't budge.

$30 will save you the headache!

It's not like headlights with a rubbery sealant to melt and separate. It's chemically glued together so opening them up isn't as easy as putting it in the oven.
I did it for my 2000 Camry with aftermarket corners. I trashed 1 set experimenting and my second set didn't quite come at as I hoped. I found the best way to do it is to use a heat gun to slowly heat the joint and cut it with a small sharp blade. I tried the oven and it actually ended up deforming the housing and hazing the chrome inside.

I made a thread with my results: Gen4.5 Custom black and clear corner lights trial runs

just depends how you do it. i took mine out to black out the reflecters and it came out just fine =] just do the oven on 250 for 5 min and watch it every second. one of my housings started getting really flimsy and soft so i took it out and nothing happened but i get the housing off just fine =]
