3rd Generation sigh =/ time to upgrade!

well i scraped my muffler tonight backing out of a driveway (guess im alot lower now than i thought just cause i downsized from 55 to a 50 series tire) Never have scraped from that driveway before. well now i have an exhaust leak near my cat. not that bad but its deff a leak. So time to upgrade!!! im keeping the whole system just making better. going to go to a 2.5in pipe (want a deep deep note), a high flow cat, high flow res, and the same but new k2 motor muffler. now my question. anyone know of any good but cheap highflow cats? same question for resinatior

Chris

also what are your opinions on pipe size? is 2.5 to much flow? and no pressure? i have a 4cyl i just want a deep deep note. maybe the exhaust just a tad louder but still not raspy. I love how it sounds now.

just get a mangnaflow HFC. cheap and good. i believe there is even a down pipe sold on ebay from magnaflow with an HFC mounted on it.

dont go any bigger then 2.5. 2.25 would prolly do just fine and may be cheaper.

do you think 2.25 would be noticably deeper than the stock pipe? Ill look tonight for the magnaflow HFC. so should i not get a res? I was lookin under my car today and it looks like its the lowest part of my car. like maybe a 2.5-3in clearence.
