Ignition lock cylinder problem

I searched and found on thread about this but it didn't answer my exact question. My key won't turn unless I sharply pull on the steering wheel and then it only get to accesory power option. Should I even try getting a new cut key from the dealership, 93 camry le v6, or just go ahead and order a new cylinder? Thanks in advance.

you can try some graphite powder first. if that does not work you might need a new cylinder
