97 camry rough running

Ok, so we own a 1997 Toyota Camry XLE V6. When you take off and are just barely taking off it lurks forwards, slows, lurks, slows, until you give it more gas and go a little faster. It does it going between 0-10 M.P.H. I was wondering what would cause this. Also, the ABS and TRAC OFF lights are blinking/on, and have been for a while, I was wondering what it means when they are on/blinking.

Wrong sub-forum...

If the ABS light is on, go to the dealer and get it checked out

The first symptom sounds like a throttle position sensor.

Well you'd have to take the sensor off and measure the resistance with a multimeter.

If the sensor is cheap, I'd say don't bother and just go ahead and slap a new one on there.

Should the resistance be low, or high?

No idea. You'd have to look it up in Haynes or something.
