4th Generation running lean with O2 sensor problem

Hi,
i have a 97 camry V6 with 124k, check engine light came on the other day with a list of codes
P0130
p0133
P0135

p0150
p0153
p0155

p0171

So I went and replace both upstream o2 with denso sensor. I also replace the fuel filter and check for vacuum leak and didn't find anything leaking. But after a couple miles the CEL came back on with the same code. What could be the problem? Has anyone experienced the this problem before?
Thanks in advance

Did all the codes come back? or just one or two? And you'll probably want to take into account lazy people such as myself who don't want to look up what each code means, and just include a description of the code in the post. thanks!

Since you've already replaced the sensors, then check EFI fuse #2 (heater circuit) to make sure it's not blown. Other wise the ECM
