tried retreiving codes on 95 le...

i hooked up the jumper wire,turned the key to on,and the check engine light did not stop blinking at all.No pauses,no shorter blinks,just continuous blinking.Hmm, let me guess new ecm time?

If this is the 4 cylinder 5SFE engine (OBD1) it means you don't have any codes present. Your ECM is fine. The V6 engines for 1995 were already OBD2 and you would need an OBD2 code reader to pull codes for that engine.

weird thing is that I've been driving with BOTH O2 sensors disconnected for about 2 days now and i don't get a c.e.l. at all,as if nothing is wrong. Yes,it's the 5sfe

FWIW, I had the same thing happen with my 95 5S-FE -- I never could get a CEL when running with one or both oxygen sensors disconnected, even when using the prescribed driving pattern in the FSM. Let me know if you figure out what's going on with that...

95 Camry as well, I have had both o2 sensors disconnected with no CEL. If you want to check try disconnecting the ECT, it gave me a code within 2 minutes.
