full back exhaust opinions

Well after scraping my piping a few weeks ago backing out of a driveway(more or less it was mainly the fart can that scraped) It knocked a nice crack right before my cat. The next day i looked under the car and finally realized that my exhaust has really rusted over the last 2 years. So instead of just patching the leak im just going to go through with the full back ive had planned. just gettin ideas to see if this sounds like a clean setup yes most of this will require ebay

OBX headers/down pipe,

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-H...Q5fAccessories

Deleted cat with custom o2 bung,

2.25 or 2.5in piping all the way. (all depends on the size of the downpipe still waiting for seller to reply to my message but im pretty sure its going to be 2.25)

20" obx res,

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-2...item2557b79b83

edit: yes i know this is a 2.5 inlet but im using as an example

and to finish it off a magnaflow 14832 muffler

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Magna...item5637f24609

Want more of a deep note than i have now, but i would really like to keep it a little quiet. So if this new setup is going to be to loud after its all said and done than ill be in the market for a HF cat.

opinions?

I like this idea. I wish I have enough money for a different muffler.

so the resonator is in place of the cat? I have no knowledge of this kind of stuff. what I mean to say is I know what each of the items your talking about is but in the order in which they go from engine to exhaust tip I have no idea on, I know the cat goes between the engine and muffler but anything else I am clueless on.

^ valuable response.

exhaust components go in this order(on most cars including ours). exhaust manifold/headers(performance)>down pipe/Ypipe(V6)>catalytic converter(s)>cat back{resonator(s)>muffler(s)}. hope that helps to clarify it a little.

as we discussed id scrap the HFC, in many cases the de-fouler sensors dont work and since you dont have emissions in your state i wouldnt spend the money buying one and having to weld it on the OBX test pipe. id rather add a second resonator which is usually cheaper and wont go bad.
