1998 Camry V6 J model fuel pump issue

The 1998Camry died the other day after getting gas.. Removed fuel pump,no ice or suction filter clogged..Filter is clean also as is the fuel line.....I re-connected the fuel pump (still out of car) and started the car ,but I dont hear or feel anything in the pump9 i belive the pump is only on when the car is cranking and while running.. Is there a fuse or relay that controls this fuel pump(service guy @ dealership thought there might be)? How are the relays changed? Thanks again

fuelpump

I found a few things online regarding this problem ,,,I believe the C/OPN relay controls power to the fuel pump...I switched a few relays around that were the same and still the fuel pump is not getting power...
