Well I would definately check it out. Make sure the mileage is real and that it doesnt have any huge issues.

Price seems low for the mileage. Take it to a mechanic first as they will judge without emotion. I'd want to know the compression first and how the steering/suspension look for the stated mileage. Run a magnet along the body to check for bondo not metal. I'd also see what your state law says about any protections you may have on purchase - but usually "as is" is just that.
