which seafoam do you use

I am going to pour some seafoam in the engine, throttle body and fuel tank

but I don't know which sea foam I have to use. There are 2 kinds. One is

"auto marine motor treatment" and the other one is "deep creep lubricant & cleaner."

Which one do I have to use? and where to pour in except the three places that I mentioned?

After pouring in the engine, do I need to change oil?

How much should I pour in each?

I wouldn't pour it in the oil...It can really mess some shit up.

Either version works though.

Deep creep just does what it says and allegedly goes in deeper.

And you shouldn't need to change your oil if you don't pour it in the oil.
If you do, change it within 100 miles.
