trying to this problem once and for all

i have a 93 camry v6, its shaking when i put my foot gently on the the pedal and when stopped. other odd things that may be related because the started to happen when this problem came up. when i just start my car and try to drive it it will barely budge and it sounds like water running near the dash, the pedal also started to stick when the car is cold. but not likes its freezing to the bottom. once in a while it will will just stall out when i give it gas when i dont give it to much time to warm up. all this only seems to happen when the temp is really cold. ive put a few bottles of drygas in about a week ago. this never happened last year or ever before. i just wanna fix this soon

changed it about 18000 miles ago. still looks fine. i can see how low or bad fluid would cause loss in power but would it also cause the shaking and random stalls

Not really low or bad fluid would cause that but I was thinking more of someone with a seriously screwed over transmission from lack of care. But it sounds like you take care of stuff so pull that out of the puzzle.

So what all have you tuned up and checked lately?

If it wasn't for some of the other stuff you mentioned... shaking at idle could be caused by bad engine mounts, and during low acceleration... I'd say maybe dirty throttle body. This is what I remember from a previous thread on a similar issue. How old are the spark plugs?

The water running near the dash, I know I've even heard that in my car. Could it possibly be the thermostat opening up and circulating coolant? I'm not sure.

And I don't know about the car stalling when it's not warmed up enough.

There's gotta be a couple TN'ers out there that know what may be going on!

Same here, 93 V6 LE, 260,000 km; The only time I heard my car make a liquidy/gurgling noise was in the fall when the engine wasn't warmed up; Since I was running 2 12" straight pipes, I presumed it was because the engine was running rich at the time.

but shaking, stalling... no clue man
