3rd Generation 1mzfe IAC screw size?

Does anyone know the size and length for these philip head screws? Thanks in advance. They are so easy to strip off the head. I'm planning to replace them with better bolts. Personally, we should ban all Phillip or Flat head screws...lol

Phillip screw head got stripped off

These screws are really stuck in here even with PB Blaster. I would like to replace them with better bolts. Thanks for your quick reply.
