is it the actuator? please help

i got a 98 toyota camry and my drivers door lock doesn't work. all door lock and unlock besides front drivers door. my keyless remote work on all door besides front driver side. i also try using the key outside the front driver's door and it does not lock or unlock. it just turns but nothing. master switch doesnt lock or unlock too for driver's door. only way is to manually open it. what do you guys think?

and is there a service manual? i cant seem to find it

There's a manual on camrystuff. Sounds like the motor went bad. Mine does the same thing too, but I don't really care. My last camry was manual locks so it's not that big of a deal for me to manually lock it.
