USA 1995 Camry 2.2 - No Fire - Now No Start

My neighbor's 1995 Camry 2.2 wouldn't start affter sitting for 4 hours. No Spark. 30A fuse blown, replaced fuse, blew again. Found short in distributor. Replaced distributor with rebuilt from parts store (plus new cap, rotor, and battery). Car started right up, ran for 15 seconds, shut down, and won't start again. I have fire at the plugs. Owner insisted I replace Fuel Filter, so did that, too.

What else can/should I check? Is there an easy way to check fuel flow?

Sounds like that camry's determined not to run. Buy a can of engine starting fluid. Then remove the intake pipe and spray it directly into the throttle body with the valve open. Then try to start it. It should run for a few seconds and then die if fuel is the issue. Try checking the fuel pump fuse or relay if it's been having electrical problems. Also the circuit opening relay located under the passenger dash next to the ecu will cut power to the fuel pump if it's gone bad.

To check fuel flow, just remove the filter and crank it a few seconds. Fuel should come out.
