Start at the radiator cap, and head straight back to the engine. You'll hit a big silverish metal shield that is the heat sheld for the exhaust manifold. Slide down to the bottom of that shield, and there should be a fairly large sensor sticking out of the exhaust pipe -- that's the A/F sensor.
There's also another oxygen sensor (not an A/F sensor) under the car attached to the exhaust pipe behind the catalytic converter. It's mainly just to monitor the efficiency of the cat, 'tho -- the up-front A/F sensor is the primary sensor for trimming the A/F mix.
