Wiper problem

So im having this problem with my coupe. The other i came home from work and i turn my wiper on, it didnt work. When i got home, i check and i have a blown fuse. replaced it, and it worked again. but then after a good 1 or 2 minutes the fuse gets blown again. i thought it was my stereo that have wires touching each other, but i disconnect my stereo, and the fuse still gets blown. any other idea of how this fuse can get burnt?

If this is the 20A fuse labeled "WIPER", the only two items powered through that fuse are the wiper motor and the washer pump. There's the funky switch on the column to to control the various functions, and of course the associated wiring.

Thanks for the advice. it was the washer fluid motor. i forgot that when i was installing my intercooler piping, i had to lose the washer fluid reservoir, and the washer fluid motor was still hanging on to the wires. somehow i guess it fell off and i keep dragging the plug on the ground and the connector got messed up. causing the wires to touch a metal piece on the car, and then cause the fuse to be blown. fix the problem and it worked again. thanks again for the help.
