Hoping to replace right and left side axles, right side front brake line

After those repairs, hopefully I can find an already painted bumper.

Following that I'm hoping to run 2 12L7's on an alpine mrp-2000, complimented with alpine type R components up front, alpine type r 6 x 9 in the deck, off a 100 watts x 4 rockford fosgate amp

The hood is keeps pushing the right side headlight down, how do I adjust this? From the hood latch or something?
