Horn help..

So I was bored today and looked into why my horn doesn't work and found this connector with nothing connected to it. Does this connector have anything to do with the horn?

Hmmm. Hard to get context from the extreme close-up, but I'm pretty sure the wire from the horn switch goes in / out of a much large "combination switch" connector.

What color is the wire?

Make sure the Air Bag/Horn pad is grounded.
Black wire should be screwed into the Air Bag mount on the right side.

If so, the im pretty sure the horn operates through the Cruise Connector, I really forget which color, but ensure that the mount is grounded.

Test the horn too.

get yourself a multimeter and measure input and output voltage from connector... also check the fuse on the car engine and under the driver daskboard for fuse... if u get nothing measure voltage, then the yellow circular hardness went bad on you. u have to remove the big center bold to remove that out...and go junkyard and get used one...that yellow circular work with horn and SAR airbag...

i speak from experience because I help a friend to fix on his horn and SAR airbag..and after we replaced..the horn works 100%.

Yeah sorry about the pictures, I'm not good with cameras...The wires going to that conector are green and black.

Alright I'll check on that tomorrow. Thanks!

Fixed it! Thanks the_professional! It was grounded to the mount but then I check the harness that the ground goes to and the ground was pulled out of the harness. I put the wire back into the harness and now my new OOGA horn works great haha! Here's a pic..I took it with my phone so the quality is terrible

MurderedOut, that connector in the original post is for diagnostics. It's only found on J vin camry's which you apparently have from the presence of that connector and the fact your airbag is held in by 3 screws.

No problem, glad I could help.
I never had the issue but, I have had to take my air bag off, and take apart the assembly, so I'm pretty decent in there.
& When I saw that black wire, I knew it had to deal with a horn/air bag ground.

But 3rd Gen camry horns are sexy, the current gen horns sound like an American POS. Hopefully your new horn will scare ppl. I would go insane without a horn, as NYC drivers are atrocious, and the horn is seriously a safety device around here.

Yeah I went up to New York on vacation and all you hear is horn haha The horn in this car hasn't worked since I got it so I'm pretty used to having no horn but it's going to be nice to finally have one cause old people in Florida are RETARDED! and it's going to be fun to scare people with the OOGA!
