What is this body part called?

I've looked through Toyota's diagrams and I can't tell exactly what part this is part of.

Any idea what it may be referred to in the diagrams? Searching for 'rocker' yields only "Rocker Panel Inner Protector Clamp No. 2." And the part that goes to isn't even at floor level.

Just trying to figure out how much it would be cost if I ever decided to fix that. Is it practical to replace it? Or does it require a ton of disassembly or welding?

The closest diagram I found was this:
(I was thinking maybe the part labeled 57402?)

don't replace it, fix what you currently have. you can have it repaired at a shop cheaper than it would cost you to replace the current metal section

Thank you all for the info! I didn't consider that repairing it would even be a possibility. Not much a fan of bondo. That seems to be the usual route taken when a dent doesn't come out evenly. Unless that would have to be used in such a repair?

I was dancing on the car. What do you think I was doing?

I jacked up the car in the same way I have done a hundred times recently. Then all of a sudden... bam.

Emergency brake was applied as always. This happened in the process of jacking it up. It wasn't even up to where I needed it to be yet.
