Slight consistant jerking while decelerating downhill

Anyone else notice this in a 96 5S-FE Automatic. At a certain point where the throttle is just barely open going down hill my car seems to be unsure if it needs to speed up or slow down. It slightly jerks like if I'm lightly pulsing my foot at a constant rate on the accelerator but I'm holding it steady. If I release my foot off of the accelerator it stops doing it or the same if I press on it more to speed up. I have cleaned the throttle body and put some seafoam in the IAC valve hole before when I was trying to fix a idle problem I had a few months ago.

It's not really a problem I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this because I just remembered when I was 16 and this car had barely over 20k miles on it I noticed it was doing the same thing with the cruse control on. I thought with the huge advances with technology back then that a new car like this could have the cruse control tied into the braking system to slow the car down when it needed to.

Mine does it too. It scared me a couple of times. I think its just harmless jitter though.

I just don't like it whenever going uphill, sometimes even a slight one and the car jumps up to 4 or 5000 rpm.
