Damp rug in car with moonroof

Hi, the back rug of my car gets very wet after rains. (like right now).

I did some search in this forum, and found a thread that says that drain tubes from the moon roof crack, and leak.

I want to know more, and if repairs are available?

Don't know if I'm blind, because I thought that if there were drain tubes, they would be obvious, but I couldn't find them.

open the sunroof and blow compressed air down the holes in each corner of the drip tray under the glass.

We had a week straight of rain over the summer and my sunroof started to leak and I just used some silicone where it was leaking and it stopped the leak. Mine was leaking where the sunroof and roof meet.

All sunroofs will leak a bit. Just clear those drain lines.

I still couldn't find the drain at top, only at the bottom

I still could not find the rear drain exits at the top of the sunroof, but did find the right hand one in the truck of the car, behind a carpet like material. There was also a second drain tube there, I think for the power antenna. I used the compressed air from the bottom drain hose. It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know if it solved the problem.

I'm having a sloughing sound after the rain, sunroof car 1992 Camry. The following day, when I turned or stopped, it sounded like water moving around in the bathtub. Floor and carpet seem dry, not wet. The day after, the sloughing noise was less. I saw the drain holes, I finally bought a blow gun and will check the holes. Where are the drain tubes, I forgot where I read that they are in the wheel wells somewhere? Bought the car for $554, 190K but the tranny in reverse on a hill is acting up a bit. For $554, what do I expect, right?

The front are in plain sight, the rears I could find only at the bottom

The front drain tubes are in plain sight when you open the moon/sun roof. If you don't see them in the front corners, get a light, and clean the area. They are right there.

I never could find the top ones for the rear. The tube goes down the rear pillar, enters the trunk, then exits where you'd expect a gas tank to be. Easy to see underneath the car, or by removing six clips that hold the material to the side of the trunk.

Let us know what happens(!!

Thanks to frenum and judge, finally got to use the blow gun at work. Rained last night, driving this morning, no more sloughing, creek- running water sound.
