I got mine too from there except it was red. Also a thermometer but I wish I would've paid the extra two bucks to get blue, wayyy to may colors in the camry interior now!
I like where you put it, looks good!
Where'd your parking brake go? Or is that located somewhere else on your cam?
Parking brake on my car is foot operated on the left side.
I kinda wish I had gotten the red because I really want a thermometer one now but I can't find it in blue and I'm not gonna have all those different colors everywhere.
Haha, opposites. Trust me though, you'll live without the thermometer, you've got a clean install.
And the red definitely doesn't fit in well because it makes it seem like its always a warning sign haha
Right now mine is turning on and monitoring the cigarette lighter voltage, but I have my amp wiring kit so I plan on having the cig lighter turn it on to monitor the amp's voltage later on.
Same, both are getting power from the cigarette plug. Heard it was pretty accurate and was an easy place to get to so that's what I did. I've had it for a few months and it's been pretty accurate for me, the only thing I'd say about it is that you can't see the voltage drop/rise while you're starting the car but other than that it works great.
The thermometer is crap though under 30 degrees.. bounces up and down way too much every second
So I sorta broke my voltmeter by accidentally switching the power leads, I installed my new one today, its actually a lot nicer looking and it reads to two decimal places.
I noticed sometimes when im driving it'll go up to as much as 14.66, is this something to worry about, signs of my alternator starting to die?

The regulator at the alternator is spec'd at 13.9-15.1 volts @ room temp (77 F), and 13.5-14.3 @ "hot" (239 F), so I'd say you're OK, especially if you're lightly loaded (no lights, heater).
I just went out and tested it, rolling down the street with the 55 watt hids on, heater on full, and system bumping a little bit, the meter was constantly reading between 14.6 and 14.75, peaking at 14.8. I'm pretty sure its accurate because when the car is off its reading 12.2
